Vegetable Vindaloo
Veggie recipes are very popular all over the world. Recipes are needed for our living. We want a healthy recipe just like vegetable vindaloo. It is a delicious veggie recipe. Potato is required for this veggie recipe. We know that veggie recipes are easily cooked. Some ingredients are needed to cook this recipe. The preparation is here;
300 gm (12
oz) potatoes,
½ cup peas,
½ cup cubed
carrots,
¼ cup cubed
onions,
1 teaspoon
chilli powder,
1 teaspoon
ground turmeric,
1 teaspoon
ground cumin,
2
cardamoms,
1 sticks
2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
½ teaspoon
ground black pepper,
¼ cup
vinegar,
¼ cup
cooking oil,
Salt to
taste.
Preparation:

Peel potatoes, carrots, onions and make small cubes. Except
the oil mix all ingredients and marinate. After two hours take out vegetables
from the marinade.

Heat oil. Add vegetables and half cup water. Cover and
cook until vegetables are done.
Serve with parata or luchi. 4 – 6 servings.
