Vegetable Vindaloo
 Veggie recipes are very popular all over the world. Recipes are needed for our living. We want a healthy recipe just like vegetable vindaloo. It is a delicious veggie recipe. Potato is required for this veggie recipe. We know that veggie recipes are easily cooked. Some ingredients are needed to cook this recipe. The preparation is here;
Ingredients:
300 gm (12 oz) potatoes,
½ cup peas,
½ cup cubed carrots,
¼ cup cubed onions,
1 teaspoon chilli powder,
1 teaspoon ground turmeric,
1 teaspoon ground cumin,
2 cardamoms,
1 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
½ teaspoon ground black pepper,
¼ cup vinegar,
¼ cup cooking oil,
Salt to taste.
Preparation:
·         Peel potatoes, carrots, onions and make small cubes. Except the oil mix all ingredients and marinate. After two hours take out vegetables from the marinade.
·         Heat oil. Add vegetables and half cup water. Cover and cook until vegetables are done.
Serve with parata or luchi.  4 – 6 servings.
