Cauliflower Moong Lentil Curry

 Cauliflower Moong Lentil Curry is a easy curry. Easy curry is very easy to cook. Cauliflower Moong Lentil Curry is a vegetable recipe. Everybody likes this type of recipe. Lentil curry is very easy curry for us. Cauliflower is a easy curry as well as easy recipe. The cooking process of this recipe is as follows;

Ingredients:
1 medium sized head cauliflower,
½ cup moong lentil,
¼ cup cooking oil,
1 teaspoon ground cumin,
½ teaspoon ground ginger,
½ teaspoon ground turmeric,
1 bay leaf,
3 cardamoms,
3 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
½ teaspoon chilli powder (optional),
4 green chillies,
Salt to taste.

Method:
·         Roast the moong lentil in a frying pan very lightly. Rinse and drain. Cut the cauliflower into moderate sized pieces.
·         IN a saucepan heat the oil; fry the cauliflower for 2 minutes. Put in the ground spices mixed in half cup of water.
·         Add rest of the ingredients except the moong lentils. Fry cauliflower stirring from time to time for about 5 minutes. Add moong lentils. Pour in 2 – 3 cups of water and stir. Cover and cook till the vegetables soften and the moong lentil curry thickens.
Serve hot with bread or fluffy boiled rice. Yields  6 servings.
