Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin is a common vegetable all over the world. Pumpkin recipes are very familiar in Asia.
Many recipes can be prepared with pumpkin. Pumpkin soup is one of them. Pumpkin recipes are 
very nutritious. Pumpkin contains vitamin A. Pumpkin soup is very delicious as well. This recipe
 is awesome beneficial to health. Pumpkin is found everywhere of the world. I like pumpkin soup
 very much. So, I have a great desire to make this soup. The method of preparation of this
 pumpkin soup is as follows;


Ingredients:
2 ½ cup cooked(boiled) and mashed pumpkin
3-3 ½ cup water
1 tablespoon chopped and sauteed  onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon curry powder
Salt to taste








Method:
* Blend pumpkin and water. Saute onion in butter. Add onion and remaining butter to mixture.
* Place mixture in saucepan and boil gently for 3 minutes. Add ilk curry powder and salt.
* Heat through, stirring constantly, but do not bring to boil.
Serve hot.
