Beef / Mutton Rezala:

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
* Curry cut beef/mutton: 1 kg
* Onion paste: 3 tablespoon
* Ginger paste: 1 tablespoon
* Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
* Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
* Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
* Sugar: 1 teaspoon
* Cardamom pod: 2
* Cinnamon stick:1"
* Bay leaves 1
* Green chillies: 8-10
Oil: ½ cup
* Salt as needed
How to cook:
i) First we have to mix up all ingredients except chillies in a pan. We
can preserve it for 1 hour.
ii) Now heat the stove. Cook it under closed lid till oil is separated.
iii) Add three cups water and green chillies.
iv) Cook it under closed lid on medium heat about 30-35 minutes or till
meat becomes tender.
Serve the hot rezala. We can eat it with rice, pullao , roti or
paratha. So enjoy the fresh flavour of green chillies.
